Attribution & payouts

How referral credit works

Referral credit is assigned to the most recent qualified partner touch within 30 days before a fleet signs up or requests a demo. Once an account is approved and attributed to you, recurring payouts continue while that fleet remains active and eligible under the partner agreement.

  • Duplicate or disputed leads are reviewed by MPG Smart.
  • Payouts apply only to approved, qualified, active customer accounts.

Commissions accrue monthly. Once a fleet's invoice is generated on the 1st, your share appears in your dashboard. Payouts are reviewed and processed monthly via Stripe, ACH, or PayPal, subject to the partner agreement.
Recurring payouts apply only while the referred fleet is an approved, qualified, active customer. If a fleet cancels or becomes ineligible, recurring payouts for that account stop with their last paid invoice. Earnings already paid are yours.
The percent window length depends on fleet size, partner reach, and the partner agreement. After the window, eligible accounts may continue to pay a flat per-fleet residual while the fleet remains an active, eligible customer. Specific terms are confirmed in writing.
